PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concept recognition method and device based on co-learning, for improving quality of concept recognition executed by a sequence sorter constructed on the basis of partially labeled training data.SOLUTION: In a concept recognition method and device based on co-learning, one training data set characterized by the fact that training data included in the training data set is a text document including labeled words is divided into two or more subsets, two or more sequence sorters are constructed by co-learning on the basis of the training data included in the subsets and one feature word set extracted from the training data set, concept recognition to the present text document is executed using the acquired respective sequence sorters, and concepts included in the present text document are determined on the basis of the concepts recognized by the respective sequence sorters.
