PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telework management device capable of properly managing the state of telework.;SOLUTION: A telework management device 10 collects information on power consumption at home of an apparatus which is used during telework at home and power consumption time at home, and calculates a power consumption reference value and a power consumption time reference value as a reference for power consumption and power consumption time at work using the power consumption at work and the power consumption time at work of the apparatus used by the worker at office. The telework management device 10 determines whether the power consumption time at home should be corrected using the collected power consumption at home and the power consumption time at home, and the calculated power consumption reference value and the power consumption time reference value. When it is determined not to be corrected, the telework management device 10 determines the collected power consumption time at home as telework time during which the worker actually works at home; and when determined to be corrected, the telework management device 10 corrects the power consumption time at home and determines the corrected time as telework time during which the worker actually works at home.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
