PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately acquire information necessary for failure analysis, in a large scale environment having a plurality of servers.SOLUTION: A failure information processing device 200 comprises: an image data recorder unit 210 for acquiring image data indicating images displayed by a plurality of servers 101-103; a failure occurrence detection unit 230 for detecting occurrence of a failure in a server on the basis of the image data acquired by the image data recorder unit 210; a failure time image data acquisition unit 230 for acquiring image data in a time zone including failure occurrence time as failure time image data when the occurrence of the failure is detected by the failure occurrence detection unit 230; and reference image data acquisition unit 240 for specifying a server related to the server in which the failure has occurred among the plurality of servers 101-103 and acquiring image data of a specified server in the time zone including the failure occurrence time as reference image data.
