PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which two or more related technical terms cannot be extracted or information other than technical terms cannot be extracted by a conventional technical term extraction device.SOLUTION: A database construction device comprises a table storage section, a rule storage section, an acquisition section, and a coupling section. The table storage section stores a first table including one or more attribute value aggregates each having m (m≥3) pieces of different attribute values, and two or more second tables each including one or more attribute value aggregates each having n (n≤m-1) pieces of different attribute values. The rule storage section stores a rule for acquiring one or more attribute value aggregates each having n pieces of attribute values from a Web page. The acquisition section acquires one or more attribute value aggregates each having n pieces of attribute values from the Web page according to the rule, and post-scribes the acquired attribute value aggregates to the second tables. The coupling section couples two or more attribute value aggregates which the two or more second tables have, generates an attribute value aggregate having m pieces of attribute values, and post-scribes the generated attribute value aggregate to the first table. The database construction device is capable of making all information on Web into database.
