PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system for bacterial infection-induced ovarian dysfunction and substances having curative properties against the same.;SOLUTION: A screening method for substances having curative properties against bacterial infection-induced ovarian dysfunction includes the steps of subjecting an animal to an ovarian hyperstimulation treatment, dosing the animal with lipo-polysaccaride and/or lipoteichoic acid, dosing the animal with a test substance, and measuring the number of ovulation after these steps. In this screening method, an animal model having bacterial infection-induced ovarian dysfunction, which is prepared by the ovarian hyperstimulation treatment and dosing of lipo-polysaccaride and/or lipoteichoic acid, is used to inspect whether the number of ovulation is varied due to dosing of the test substance, so that curative properties against bacterial infection-induced ovarian dysfunction of the test substance can be easily evaluated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
