PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem in a sandwich panel used for an artificial satellite structure: a mass thereof becomes larger due to a large amount of components used because the sandwich panel with standard dimensions requires connection by a doubler or the like when a sandwich panel with dimensions larger than standard dimensions is applied and an additional fitting with bolt holes requires attachment of a fitting with bolt holes called an insert to fasten a web panel.;SOLUTION: A fastening fitting with at least two bolt holes is bonded between a sandwich panel skin and a core and is fastened by using a bolt and a U-shaped fastening fitting bonded to the sandwich panel to thereby perform fastening between a patch of the sandwich panel and the sandwich panel.
