The device has thick and robust rectangular chutes (1) firmly fixed against facades of a building in a vertical manner and made of stainless material, and a descender harness anchored to a long rigid metal rod i.e. S-shaped hook, where inner and outer surfaces of the chutes do not have roughness and burrs. The chutes are placed from a roof of the building till one meter or fifty meter from the ground. Small emergency exit doors are placed at the side of the chutes at each storey and automatically closed by a spring mechanism.
