Device for candling and transferring incubated eggs from incubation tray in direction of hatching basket, has egg counting module including valve for passing number of eggs into hatching basket at period time
The device (1) has an egg counting module (6), and a transfer unit (8) for transferring eggs from an incubation plate (4) in direction of the egg counting module. The eggs are transferred from the egg counting module in direction of a hatching basket (5). The egg counting module includes a valve for passing a number of eggs into the hatching basket at a period of time between steps for transferring of the eggs from the tray in the direction of the hatching basket. An independent claim is also included for a method for candling and transferring incubated eggs from an incubation tray in direction of a hatching basket.
