The device has two sub-assemblies connected by a tracing device (1), where the device includes a tracer-measurer module (a) and a measuring module (b). A checking device (5) is used for checking verticality or measurement of an angle with respect to vertical direction, where the device is used as a measurement system, a measuring tape meter and a length measuring apparatus. A tracer measuring module is divided into a measuring module and a tracer module. The modules include a hooking device for hooking the modules together.
