Cement comprises: e.g. 30-90 wt.% of binder comprising 10-75 wt.% of at least a natural or synthetic translucent resin having a softening point of 100-200[deg] C (preferably greater than 140[deg] C) measured according to EN 1427, an average molecular weight of 500-1500 g/mol and Gardner color index of = 8, and 15-75 wt.% of at least natural or synthetic translucent oil having a kinematic viscosity of 10-200 (preferably 25-85) mm 2/s at 100[deg] C; 1-25 wt.% of an elastomer; 0-20 wt.% of at least a solvent and/or fluxing agent; and 0-5 wt.% of a hardener including salts of fatty acid. Cement comprises: 30-90 wt.% of binder comprising 10-75 wt.% of at least a natural or synthetic translucent resin having a softening point of 100-200[deg] C (preferably greater than 140[deg] C) measured according to EN 1427, an average molecular weight of 500-1500 g/mol and Gardner color index of = 8, and 15-75 wt.% of at least natural or synthetic translucent oil having a kinematic viscosity of 10-200 (preferably 25-85) mm 2/s at 100[deg] C; 1-25 wt.% of an elastomer; 0-20 wt.% of at least a solvent and/or fluxing agent; 0-5 wt.% of a hardener including salts of fatty acid and/or hydroxy fatty acid comprising 8-22C, sodium, potassium, lithium, aluminum, zinc and waxes; 0-50 wt.% of filler; and 0-2 wt.% of additives including surface active agents and/or antioxidants. An independent claim is included for sealing and/or repairing pavements comprising applying cold and/or hot cement to the pavements.
