The sub-assembly (40) has a plane face provided with a fixing unit e.g. projecting element, to fix the sub-assembly to a positioning device of a fascia maintaining unit on a preparation module in a removable manner. Another plane face is provided with another fixing unit to fix the subassembly to a maintaining unit (31) of a fascia model of a fascia, in a removable manner. The latter fixing unit fixes another maintaining unit of another fascia model in a removable manner.
