The device has a sub-plate (5) equipped with an electric device comprising a solar module or panel (1) connected to a low voltage electric circuit i.e. printed circuit board (PCB) (2). The PCB supplies power to batteries or accumulators (3) that supply power to diode or LED (4) inserted in a housing (9). The sub-plate is covered by a door plate, cover or lid (6) equipped with a stand (11) and a key hole (7) for allowing closing of door. The LED and the PCB are fixed in a central part of the sub-plate between an axle of stand and the keyhole for allowing normal rotative movement of the stand.
