The device has a community internet website that constitutes a database containing affinities between members of community. The database is installed on a remote server and accessible by a mobile application using a Wireless fidelity (WiFi)network. The mobile application and the database allow authentication of a mobile telephone holder. The mobile application informs a holder of the telephone by sending a massage that the member is in a same partner location and desires to meet the holder and allows viewing of photograph of concerned member. An independent claim is also included for a device for determining whether a member of community is found in a partner location.
