The device has cylinders (10-12) arranged at a widened edge of the device such that meshes are not matted when a housing (1) is moved. Two arms comprise a hook (4) that is articulated to allow pivotment of the cylinders from right to left to weave the meshes in same movements at a central point. Small bars enter in a notch of an interior part of the cylinders, where the small bars are clipped in an upper part of the cylinders to form an assembly.
