The plate (1) has a meal storage surface (2) comprising relief patterns (4) that are arranged on one another so as to define cells that are in communication with each other to form a channel system. The channel system comprises a nominal width greater than or equal to 0.1 millimeter. The channel system comprises a depth greater than or equal to 0.1 millimeter. Each cell communicates with the adjacent cells. The relief patterns are uniformly distributed on the storage surface, where the relief patterns are in shape of rafter, oval or round.
