The module (5) has a domestic hot-water tank (21) provided with an electric resistor/gas burner. A controlled mechanical ventilation unit (23) is utilized for insufflation of fresh air from an interior of a prefabricated structure and for evacuation of waste air from the interior toward an exterior of the structure. A heating unit (26) comprises a fresh air/waste air exchanger exchanging the fresh air/waste air from the interior of the structure. An opening (19) is formed in a frame at an end of an interior strainer, where a strainer bottom is located at an end opposite the opening. An independent claim is also included for a prefabricated structure of a dwelling of old people.
