摘要
The invention relates to an orogastric probe for longitudinal gastrectomy. The object of the invention is to provide an orogastric probe constituting an advantageous alternative to poorly adapted probes used to date, by facilitating the work of the surgeon. This new orogastric probe is characterized in that the distal portion carries a balloon (25) having, in the inflated state, a shape substantially complementary to that of the pyloric antrum (4), so that it can be accommodated in this pyloric antrum (4), the end of the inflated balloon (25) then being in abutment against the pylorus (5) and the distal end of the body of the probe (20) being in turn abutting the antrum pyloric (4), while the portion of the body (21) of the probe (20) disposed above the balloon (25) inflated is wedged against the wall of the small curvature (6) of the stomach (1), and thus allow: - to determine the positioning of the beginning of the resection-closure line at the level of the pyloric antrum (4), - to define the resection-closure line, - and to calibrate the pyloric antrum (4) and the gastric sleeve to keep.
