The machine has an infusion system (10) with an infusion chamber (7) that receives a product to be infused. A calibrated valve (120) is placed between a boiler and the chamber and arranged to avoid the flow of fluid toward the chamber when pressure of the fluid upstream from the valve is higher than a threshold. An outlet solenoid valve is placed on an outlet branch. A discharge valve is arranged in an upstream of an activator (40) and arranged in a manner such that an opening of the discharge valve reduces the pressure of the fluid in upstream of the activator.
