Toy vehicle track set for children, has booster mechanism whose main portion is rotated about axis away from loaded position so that one of the booster arms engages and propels toy vehicle
The track set has a track (20) along which a toy vehicle is traveled. A booster mechanism (100) is coupled to the track. A main portion of the booster mechanism is provided with several booster arms (130-150) that are configured to engage the toy vehicle. The main portion is wound against a biasing mechanism to a loaded position so that the booster mechanism is actuated by toy vehicle. The main portion is rotated about an axis (125) away from the loaded position so that one of the booster arms engages and propels the actuating toy vehicle. An independent claim is included for toy vehicle booster.
