Illumination device for use as lamp of vehicle, has LED control unit controlling LEDs for creating different light settings, where lights emitted from light settings are different with respect to temperature and light intensity of device
The device (1) has an LED control unit (4) controlling LEDs (2, 3) for creating different light settings. The LEDs are coupled with the LED control unit, where the LEDS emits white light. A man-machine interface (5) adjusts the light settings. Different lights emitted from the different light settings are different with respect to color temperature and light intensity of the device. Determined expected remaining service life of the LEDS is displayed by a display unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating of a vehicle.
