The seat (1) has a support part (10) for supporting spine and/or head of a person occupying the seat. A deformation element (100) is arranged in the support part such that the deformation element is deformed for absorption of energy when predefinable force caused by the occupying person acts on the deformation element. The deformation element comprises a honeycomb structure formed from honeycombs, where each honeycomb comprises a circumferential wall extending along a common longitudinal extension direction (E).
