The grid has large fields with dimension of 100 mm x 100 mm brought on a lift base. The grid enables alignment of a racket to a target or enables orientation of the racket during swing-back and downswing. The grid enables staying of a ball at right angle. A rasterized base surface of the grid is provided with a felt material. The grid comprises plastic bars, timber joint elements or a plastic net or artificial turf pad, which is used on golf-exercise area.
