The teat has a holder gripped by a hand of a baby and an infant and designed in shape of ring, pipe, line, and/or dome, where the teat is designed in various shapes selected from toddler toys- shape and/or stuffed animals-shape and/or comforters-shape. The holder is filled with material that is selected from plastic pieces, metal peaces, beads, sand, pebbles, rice or grains so as to produce gentle movement or rattling or tinkling sounds during a gentle rattle and/or rustle and/or rattle of the baby and infant.
