Grill-spit arrangement for e.g. grilling piglets, has anchor bodies provided for attachment of grill-spit to grill goods and anchored in spine region of grill goods such that goods are raised under straightness of spine region to bar body
The arrangement has a bar body (1) dimensioned such that length of the bar body corresponds to length of grill goods (2). Anchor bodies (3) e.g. screws, claw mechanisms and brackets, are provided for attachment of a grill-spit to the grill goods and anchored in a spine region of the grill goods such that the grill goods are raised under straightness of the spine region to the bar body. The bar body is provided with radial through-holes (4), and the screws are formed as spax-type stainless steel screws. The bar body is formed as a square hollow section or a pipe profile.
