The anaerobic composting plant of livestock manure, comprises a composting vessel (3) partly arranged on the base to minimize temperature variations, a mixer (5) arranged perpendicular to the composting vessel for mixing cattle manure to be composted, an inner chamber (1) that seals an open top side of the composting vessel, where the produced biogas is carried away by a collector (11) that is arranged in the ceiling of a loft, an outer chamber (2), a transport device, a gas supply pipe, and a grid plate overlying the gas supply pipe. The livestock manure, in the absence of oxygen, is stabilized and composted in the inner chamber through anaerobic microorganisms. A ventilation opening is arranged in the outer chamber so that an operator controls the process taking place in the inner chamber from outside of the inner chamber. The composting vessel comprises a first rail, on which the transport device is moved in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The transport device is installed at the composting vessel to move the mixer, where the mixer is pivotally connected with the transport device, and comprises: a pair of first transport frames, which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the first rail and move in the longitudinal direction (Y-axis) of the composting vessel; a pair of fixed frames that are arranged on the first transport frames in the direction (X-axis) of the composting vessel; a pair of second rails that are arranged on the fixed frame in the longitudinal direction of the fixed frame; a pair of second transport frames that are arranged on the second rails in the longitudinal direction (Y-axis) of the composting vessel and moved along the second rail in the widthwise direction (X-axis) of the composting vessel; a holder, which is attached to the second transport frame about a pivot axis, where the mixer is pivotably connected between each of the second transport frames; and a rotating device, which is connected to the second transport frame to rotate the mixer in the pivot axis. The first rail extends in the inner chamber over the length of the composting vessel so that the mixer is moved to the outer limit. The mixer comprises two mixing screws, which are independently turned. The composting plant is configured such that a housing of the mixing screw of the mixer is opened so that the cattle manure to be composted is added in the mixer through an opening in the housing. The gas supply pipe has a branched structure to ensure uniform supply of gas in all areas of the composting vessel. The grid plate is installed to avoid the direct contact of composting livestock manure with the gas supply pipe. The collector is a collecting pipe installed along the length of the tubes in the loft of the ceiling to carry an intake line, which is connected to the collecting pipe to suck the biogas, where the collecting pipe is connected to a collection system for the biogas in the outer region. The inner chamber is made of a transparent material such as synthetic resin to pass only the sunlight.
