The device (10) has a lighting device (12), an angular adjustment mechanism (14) and a level indicator (16), which indicates certain position of the angular adjustment mechanism. The level indicator and the angular adjustment mechanism are designed, such that a preset angle of the light beam (L) is obtained at the indicated position of the level indicator corresponding to the defined spatial direction (R).
