Device for positioning element e.g. headrest in vehicle, has proximity sensor which detects approach of body of vehicle user contact, and control unit recognizes specific pattern as positioning command approach
The device (10) has a command generator which is arranged in vehicle interior for generating a position command. A control unit (12) interconnected with the command generator, performs positioning of the element based upon the receipt of the positioning command. The command generator has proximity sensors (13A,13B) which detect the approach of body of vehicle user contact. The control unit recognizes the specific pattern as a positioning command approach.
