The pressure probe has permittivity sensor (23) and temperature sensor (24) that are provided on printed circuit board (22), and provided in thermal contact with each other and with a temperature control device. A flat window is provided behind the printed circuit board. An insulation layer consisting of polyurethane paint, parylene, glass, ceramic or diamond is provided in surface of temperature sensor and permittivity sensor.
