Method for producing dispersion of inorganic and organic substrates in e.g. oil for thermal energy generation, involves carrying out dispersion of solid materials and mixture of solid materials with fluids through usage of generators
The method involves carrying out dispersion of solid materials and mixture of the solid materials with oil-containing fluids through serial usage of ultrasonic generators with a Venturi-nozzle (1) connected downstream of the generators. Fresh air (2) is sucked by a fan and compressed in an inlet of the nozzle. The mixture of oil-containing fluids and solid materials is sucked from an ultrasonic-tank over supply pipes (3) by low pressure existing in the nozzle. Inorganic and organic substrates are dispersed to particle size of 10 micrometers through ultrasonic energy.
