Device for shaping heated plate or film web section to form molded part, has pressure-side and suction-side valves enabling suction from production hall to table or ventilation of table and blow box into hall by switching positions
The device has a forming station with a heating device for heating a plate or a film web portion. A clamping frame e.g. upper clamping frame and lower clamping frame, clamps the heated plate or the film web portion. A vacuum pump (16) e.g. oil-free claw vacuum pump, comprises pressure and suction-sides connected with a vertically movable molding table. Pressure-side and suction-side valves (10, 20) enable a suction from a production hall to the table or ventilation of the table and a blow box (15) into the hall by switching positions. An independent claim is also included for a method for shaping a heated plate or a film web section.
