The device has a master cylinder and a slave cylinder, which are connected by a flow-through of a fluid pressure line hydraulically connected with each other. A housing has an inlet opening, a flow path and an outlet for the hydraulic fluid. A diaphragm (1) is arranged in the flow path. The diaphragm has areas (2,3) with different stiffness on their membrane surface and a membrane (4) is partially separated between the areas.
