Renewable energy based heat converter used in e.g. large-scale chemical industry, obtains electricity from large amounts of hot industrial wastewater for generating internal thermal energy which is converted into external work
The heat converter obtains electricity from large amounts of hot industrial wastewater which are left unused. The warm wastewater is passed to the heat exchanger in which the internal thermal energy is converted into external work. The heat converter consists of several heat exchanger tubes (2) with which the warm water is heated in accordance with the thermal expansion coefficient, modulus of elasticity and temperature of hydraulic oil contained in a hydraulic piston (7), and the pipe's cross-section.
