Shaft bearing arrangement for use in gearbox of vehicle, has thermal adapter interconnecting bearing shells, and bearing seats formed into shells, where and axial distance is formed between bearing seats of axial thermal expansion of shaft
The arrangement (1) has an angular contact bearing (9) i.e. rolling taper bearing, comprising an outer bearing shell (10) and arranged at an end (8) of a shaft (5) e.g. sleeve shaft and countershaft. Another outer bearing shell (6) fixedly bears another end of the shaft at a housing (14) of the arrangement, and the former outer bearing shell bears the former end of the shaft. A thermal adapter (2) i.e. sleeve, interconnects the shells, and axial distance (a) is formed between outer bearing seats of an axial thermal expansion of the shaft, where the bearing seats are formed into the shells.
