Torsion module for rotational torque detection unit of e.g. steering system of motor car, has bending spokes made of steel that exhibits secondary maximum hardness at specific annealing temperature during braze welding process
The module has a spoke wheel (1) comprising an inner ring (2) and an outer ring (4) that is arranged concentric to the inner ring. Bending spokes (8) are arranged between the inner and outer rings and connected with the inner and outer rings by braze welding process. The spokes are made of tool steel that exhibits secondary maximum hardness at annealing temperature of 500-800 degree Celsius during the braze welding process. The inner ring is connected with a tooth pin (6), and the outer ring is coupled to a steering column. The spokes and the outer ring are connected by weld seams.
