Door fitting for door assembly in e.g. hospitals, has plasma radiation sources provided with operable element to irradiate plasma radiation in order to achieve bacterial effect in outer surface of manual operable element
The fitting (10) has plasma radiation sources (13) provided with a manual operable element (11) i.e. bar door handle, to irradiate cold plasma radiation from the manual operable element in order to achieve bacterial effect in an outer surface of the manual operable element. The manual operable element is arranged with an elongated extension at a door casement (12). The plasma radiation sources provide the cold plasma radiation at low temperature. The manual operable element is rotated around a handle shaft. An independent claim is also included for a door assembly.
