Apparatus for mounting vent valves in mold segments of vulcanization mold for vehicle tires, has vent valves sequentially inserted from setting head into openings in mold segments by movement of sliding sleeve
The apparatus has a setting head (1) for insertion of vent valves (8,9), where the setting head has an integrated and movable sliding sleeve (5). The vent valves are sequentially inserted from the setting head into openings in mold segments by movement of the sliding sleeve from an initial position into an unloading position. The sliding sleeve has a ball shutoff for holding and releasing the vent valves.
