Pumped-storage hydropower plant i.e. offshore power plant, for generating electric current, has pump storage station including upper and lower reservoirs, where upper reservoir is formed as high-level tank at region of power supply unit
The plant has a pump storage station including an upper reservoir, a lower reservoir and a controlled power supply (10) at an electric supply network. The upper reservoir is formed as a high-level tank (11) at a region of a power supply unit e.g. thermal solar plant (14) or solar power tower (19). The upper reservoir is provided at an area of a ground-water level (23). The solar plant is provided on a roof (12) of the high-level tank. The solar plant is adjusted to solar radiation by a rotating assembly (4) in the form of a round rail or a slewing bearing and/or by axial adjustment devices.
