System for decanting spent liquor from waste liquor tank into petrochemical plant at liquid hydrocarbon phase and in ethylene plant, has pressure container comprising cradle cells and ultrasonic sensor for detecting filling level of barrel
The system has a two-part pressure container (4) with a unit i.e. quick release fastener (5), for pressure-tight closure of upper and lower halves (4a, 4b) of the container together, a barrel (6) and connection supports (2a-2e) for supplying a hydrocarbon phase into the container. A filling funnel (8) of the container supplies the hydrocarbon phase into the barrel, and the container comprises a flow-technical connection i.e. line (3), to the supports, cradle cells (7) and an ultrasonic sensor (10) for detecting a filling level of the barrel.
