The weight (1) has a supporting surface (4) extended along entire weight, where the weight is formed in dumb bell shape, and is made of a transparent plastic material. The supporting surface is designed as a flat surface. Two closures (5, 6) are arranged outside the supporting surface. Two identical elements (2, 3) are connected together by a connection unit. The connection unit is provided with a tape (9). The closures are arranged in the elements of the weight. The elements are formed as necked half-cylinders.
