Wind energy utilizing device integrated ship i.e. catamaran-type ship, has generators and profile sails arranged on support around vertical axis depending upon wind direction, desired direction of travel and/or speed change direction
The ship has two profile sails (22, 24) and vertical standing H-type darrieus wind generators (26-30) pivotable and rotatably connected. The wind generators and the profile sails are rotatable opposite to ship axis and arranged on a common base support (32) around vertical axis depending upon wind direction, desired direction of travel and/or speed change direction. The H-type darrieus wind generators are arranged between two profile sails one above the other. Base support combinations are distributed over a ship hull.
