The method involves forming capacitance between spectacle lens and eye by applying conductive layer on spectacle lens. The resonant frequency of the non-linear oscillating circuit or frequency of excitation signal is changed with the change in capacitance between spectacle lens and eye such that the capacitance alteration is converted into voltage change.
