The folded napkin has a folded paper sheet (1) divided into two matrices of square fields of equal size, where a rectangular-shaped printed portion (7) is detachable from one of the square fields. The printed portion is defined parallel and spaced to flat surfaces (3) of the field through a slot (8) or section whose length corresponds to width of the printed portion, where contour of the printed portion is determined by a predetermined separation line (9) that is formed by perforation. The sheet has a fold line parallel to the flat surfaces.
