Piston for lifting cylinder combustion engine, has bistable spring board formed at large extent at round face portion of piston head, where bistable spring board deforms inward to concave shape towards piston
The piston (1) has a piston head (2) for compressing fuel and air mixture present in a combustion chamber, and a bistable spring board (3) formed at a large extent at a round face portion of the piston head. The bistable spring board deforms to a cap-shaped outward convex shape towards the combustion chamber and an inward concave shape towards the piston. The spring board is switched from the convex shape to the concave shape and vice versa by a link gear box (5) with a control ring (7) that is actuated by a lever. The spring board comprises a radial outside circulating gasket (4).
