Device i.e. milk foamer, for foaming mixture of air, steam and milk for coffee machine, has steam supply, air supply and suction channels opened into mixing chamber, where air supply channel is opened into chamber by hydrophobic membrane
The device (1) has a steam supply channel (4), an air supply channel (3) and a suction channel (5) for milk, which are opened into a mixing chamber (2). The air supply channel is opened into the mixing chamber by a hydrophobic membrane (6). The hydrophobic membrane exclusively permeable in a direction of the mixing chamber is held at a wall surface of the mixing chamber in a holder in an exchangeable manner. A nozzle (9) arranged at a region of the steam supply channel produces low pressure in the mixing chamber.
