High-pressure pump i.e. radial piston pump, for fuel injector of common rail system of internal combustion engine, has tappet assembly with roller shoe, where roller shoe and/or pump piston are/is provided with set of magnets
The pump has a pump element with a pump piston (5). The pump piston is driven by rotation of a drive shaft around a rotary axis about a cam that is arranged at the drive shaft, and a tappet assembly arranged at the piston in a reciprocating motion in a direction radial to the rotary axis of the drive shaft. The tappet assembly is provided with a roller shoe (22). The roller shoe and/or the pump piston are/is provided with a set of magnets (26). The magnets are arranged in a recess (25) of the roller shoe.
