The device has a control unit performing a split-control when a pressure increase mode is set as a control mode. The control function comprises application of pressure-increasing limitation in a pressure increase controller in an anti-lock braking controller at a front wheel on a side of a road surface. The surface has higher road surface friction coefficient between right wheels (FR, RR) and left wheels (FL, RL) based on an absolute value of a steering angle deviation, so that a pressure increasing gradient in the pressure increase controller is less when the absolute value is large.
