Method for reproducing, cultivating and accelerating growth of giant miscanthus, involves planting plants in terra preta, watering plants with nutrient-enriched water, and fertilizing plants with carbon dioxide
The method involves mechanically dividing young multi-shoot plants (JP) before formation of rhizome, and planting the plants in terra preta (9). The plants are watered with nutrient-enriched water and fertilized with carbon dioxide. The terra preta is produced in fermentation process, where a mixture of biomass e.g. digestate, brewer grains and/or draff (6), slurry, dirt and/or sewage water, inorganic substances, carbon (C) and water are exposed to lactic acid. The water is obtained by filtration and drying of humid and/or liquid biomass.
