Method for determination of volume of micro drop in e.g. analytic chemistry, involves determining individual volume of drops and/or mean volume of drops from supporting points or mean values of supporting points
The method involves determining three supporting points for drops (1) along a trajectory of the drops or determining mean values of the supporting points for the drops, where the supporting points are values of a motion parameter of the drops based on another motion parameter of the drops. Individual volume of drops and/or mean volume of the drops are determined from the supporting points or the mean values of supporting points. The parameters are selected from a group consisting of time e.g. preset flow time, location e.g. return path, momentary speed or acceleration of the drops. An independent claim is also included for a device for determination of volume of a moving drop.
