The system has a set of apertures such as perforations, holes, slots or apertures in other geometry, formed in a location at an outer skin of a rotor blade, where the rotor blade is hollowly executed. Flow medium e.g. water or air, is pumped in a radial direction by a hollow channel. Pump power is generated to convey the flow medium in the hollow rotor blade by the centrifugal force acting in a set of hollow chambers of sheets on the mass of the flow medium. A barrier layer is sucked on a rotor blade surface by the apertures in the hollow channel, and emerges at a blade tip.
