The device (1) has a housing (20) comprising an end surface coupled to a covering plate (10). A base (30) is coupled to another end surface of the housing. Circuit board displays (50) sequentially process status on an notification display panel according to receiving information that is transferred from an antenna module (51) when instructing light emitting elements i.e. LEDs, to emit two different lights, one of which is displayed to the plate by a light guidance module (40) and an aperture (21) of the housing at a transparent measuring sensing element (13) of the plate.
